For this project, the homeowners needed a durable, modern exterior upgrade to replace their aging plaster cladding. Our team removed the old plaster and installed Cemintel, a high-performance cladding system known for its strength, weather resistance, and sleek finish.
One of the biggest challenges was ensuring the home remained fully weathertight throughout the recladding process. Careful planning and execution were crucial to protect the structure while delivering a clean, contemporary look that enhances both aesthetics and durability.
The result? A fresh, low-maintenance exterior that not only improves the home’s curb appeal but also provides long-term protection against the elements.

Work is currently underway on this stunning architectural home in Hataitai. We are constructing this new build in collaboration with Melling Architects. With a focus on craftsmanship and precision, our team are working closely with the architects to bring their vision to life—ensuring every element is constructed to the highest standard.
One of the biggest challenges on this job so far was tight access to site for materials and machinery. To solve this, our team managed road closures, and came up with creative solutions utilising different cranes and trucks.
This home features high-quality materials combined with precision to create a flawless finish.
